Our Clinical Consulting Pharmacists, nurses and social workers have an in-depth knowledge of the disease states we service. Our professional pharmacy and clinical staff stays on top of all the new treatment options and medications for our patients. Our staff is available at our toll free number 1-800-223-7151 twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week to speak with our patients on a confidential basis.

Our Pharmacy staff regularly touches base with our patients to assure that their medication needs are filled in a timely manner and that their medication regimen is adhered to. Our clinical pharmacists work with our patients to provide confidential counseling, side effect management, compliance monitoring, infusion logs and educational information.

Our clinical nurses and social workers provide cost free health management and community care coordination as needed for each of our patients. Our clinical staff coordinates professional services for our patients in areas that include nursing services, physical therapy, nutritional support and identification of local community based organizations, identification of financial assistance programs and pharmaceutical company assurance programs if needed.

Professional Insurance Coordination Our Benefits Coordination Department staff members are outstanding advocates for our patients in working with their insurance providers to assist them in getting the products. Our Benefits Coordinators are experts in verifying eligibility and obtaining authorizations from insurance providers.

Health Resources

At FCS Pharmacy we support and empower our patients through education both on a personal level with our staff and through our extensive resource library which contains informative, easy to understand information about all the disease states that we service. Materials include information on the specific disease states, a guide to medications and community resources related to each condition.
