1. Where are your Pharmacies located?
FCS Pharmacy has two fully staffed state of the art locations in Boca Raton, Florida and Fairfield, California. For pharmacy contact information please visit the contact us page. In addition we partner with regional pharmacies across the country to assure consistent coverage.

2. What are your Pharmacy hours?
FCS Pharmacies are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

3. How soon can I receive my shipment?
FCS Pharmacy orders will be shipped via next day delivery, with same day delivery available to most areas on an emergency basis.

4. Who can I speak with and is there a toll-free number?
You can speak directly with the Pharmacist and you will have a personnel connection with our FCS Pharmacy team members. FCS Pharmacy (Boca Raton, FL) and FCS Pharmacy II (Fairfield, CA) can be contacted toll free at 1-800-223-7151.

5. Can my order be custom to my needs regarding products and supplies?
FCS Pharmacy has access to a wide variety of products and supplies and will offer choice tailoring the order to your needs.

6. What assays are available through your pharmacy?
Your factor prescription will always be filled with the assay that most appropriately fulfills your dosing requirements reducing waste, and helping to contain costs.

7. What products/Manufacturers does your pharmacy work with?
FCS Pharmacies has access to all products through ALL major manufacturers: Bayer, Baxter, Grifols, Novo Nordisk, Wyeth and CSL Behring.

8. Who do I contact and how do I place an order?
FCS Pharmacies are there for YOU! Once a month you will receive a call from one of our FCS Pharmacy Team Members to assist you in placing an order if it is needed.

9. What other services are available?
FCS Pharmacies provide patient infusion logs, selected and related oral medications, personal home delivery upon request, travel letters, and access to a registered nurse and social worker. A Patient Care Coordinator is available to do home visits to maintain your records and go over your needs.

10. How do I switch from another Pharmacy?
A prescription from your doctor will need to be faxed to our pharmacy with your permission. Our Pharmacist will then contact your doctor to confirm the prescription and contact you for placement of your first order. Insurance benefits will also be verified.
